FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Fay started with Carrazzo Consulting as a graduate accountant 6 years commencing 2009. She found her way working in the industry circa 2018 and re-joined the Carrazzo family in 2022.

Fay is a Certified Practicing Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s and Masters of Business (Accounting). She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including the Manufacturing, Education, Service, F&B, Music, and Entertainment Industries whilst working at the Public Practice.

With moving onto the Manufacturing Industry, she joined the Finance team with setting up the financial process, financial reporting, assist with various grants applications, R&D Rebates, and all other compliance matters.

She was also seconded as a lead accountant to work on the Notus Vivere emergency invasive ventilator, the Australian Federal Government project with an estimated contract of $31 Million during COVID.

Fay is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

In her pastime, Fay enjoys cooking, catching up, and entertaining friends and family.
